Business Analyst Senior, Remote - US
Your mission
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and potential BA lead to join our team! The Business Analyst carries out Business Analysis relating to our needs across various product offerings. This will include (but is not limited to) requirements gathering, defining the objectives and scope of the implementations, and producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents.
In this position, you will be involved in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You have experience in leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Also, your responsibilities will include prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements, analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes; updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Also, the Business Analyst is responsible for contributing to the implementation of processes, techniques, or tools which enable the organization to move in a new, positive direction by improving sales processes and efficiencies.
Your profile
- 3+ years in BA activities
- Practical experience in BA fundamentals
- Practical experience with Confluence, task-management systems, BPMN 2.0 modelers
- Practical experience with pre-sale activities
- Ability to capture and translate Business requirements to Functional Specifications
- Understanding of Finance functions, workflow, and systems.
- Strong background in Oracle Databases, MS Access, and SQL
